GOLDEN GIRLS CAMPAIGN

The Class of ’75 Golden Girls Campaign Committee was formed to lead efforts to raise funds for Spelman College which will be announced at our 50th Reunion in May 2025.  This total will represent funds raised from July 2020 thru June 30, 2025.  To date, the Committee has led winning results for Founders’ Day, fundraisers, and educating classmates about planned giving.

The fundraising goal is $500K.  We have reached the 50% mark and will need everyone’s help to reach our goal and feel proud to announce our gift at the True Blue Gala next year.

The other phenomenal part of our giving is its impact on the Class of ’75 Endowed Memorial Scholarship.  This is our legacy to Spelman College and current/future students.  Since the Committee began its work, the balance in the scholarship fund has increased significantly allowing us to increase the awards to two $10K scholarships annually.

We will submit regular fundraising status updates to the class via this website, class newsletter, emails and more.  We need each of you to reach deeply and help us pay it forward for our beloved Spelman College.
